UNCONVENTIONAL DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
Tasked with designing an ergonomic piece of furniture, my goal was to create something that juxtaposed conventional expectations of ergonomic products. My inspiration came from traditional brutalist ideals of functionality and structure, which contrasts with the ergonomic measurements in a throne-like design. The polished steel creates an imposing, throne-like chair that calls for a comfortable seating experience through a hostile perspective.
