An internal review via stakeholder mapping and ethnographic interviews of a potential investment into a new market for Southwire's future business strategy under Renewable Energy. An overview of my user research can be found below.

Planning and leading a Spark workshop for Southwire's VP-level management to formulate a vision for the next 10 years of business strategy, with special emphasis on cross-functional expertise.
